MindCraft Studio is built with a "Privacy-First" architecture. Unlike many other AI tools, we believe your creative process and data should remain entirely under your control. All AI model inference, image generation, and data processing happen locally on your own Mac hardware.

2. Data Collection & Processing

On-Device Generation: All prompts you enter and images you generate are processed locally on your Mac using the MLX framework and Apple Silicon. No image data or prompt text is ever transmitted to our servers or any third-party AI providers.

Third-Party AI Disclosure: MindCraft Studio does not share your personal data, prompts, or generated content with third-party AI companies (such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic). Your creative work remains private and local to your device.

Usage Analytics: To improve app stability and performance, we may collect anonymous, non-identifiable technical data (e.g., crash reports, system version, or feature usage frequency). This data is strictly technical and does not include your personal information, prompts, or images.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your Mac, you have absolute control over its retention. You can delete your prompts, history, and generated images directly within the app or by removing the application's local data folders. We do not maintain any cloud-based backups of your creative content.

4. Privacy Rights

We comply with global privacy standards, including GDPR and CCPA. Because we do not collect personal identifiers or store your content on our servers, your "Right to be Forgotten" is exercised by simply deleting the local data on your device.
